Limited Warranty

Ascend Wheels provides a limited warranty for structural defects on all alloy wheels for the duration of the original owner's possession. This warranty is non-transferable. All returns under this warranty will be inspected by Ascend, and defective wheels will either be repaired or replaced with no shipping costs incurred. Wheels not covered by this warranty will be returned at the owner’s expense.

Additionally, Ascend Wheels offers a 2-year limited warranty for cosmetic defects, applicable only if the wheels are used under non-hazardous weather conditions, on paved roads, and within standard temperature ranges for everyday driving.

The warranty period begins on the date the wheels are received by the consumer. To initiate a claim, please reach out to Ascend directly with your proof of purchase.

 

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers the following defects:

• Structural cracks upon delivery

• Air leakage from the wheel when properly mounted with tires

• Wheels that arrive out of round and cannot be balanced within acceptable limits when mounted correctly with tires

How to File a Warranty Claim:

1. Email Ascend with your proof of purchase including invoice, receipt, etc...

2. Provide a description of the defect along with supporting photos or videos.

3. A return label will be issued upon claim approval.

4. Return the wheels in their original packaging.

Ascend Wheels will either repair or replace the defective wheel at no cost to the customer.
